Renegade Games End User License Agreement (EULA)

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING RENEGADE GAMES SOFTWARE, CONTENT, OR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
License Grant
Renegade Games ("we," "us," or "our") hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software, content, and services (collectively, the "Game") provided by Renegade Games for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this EULA. This license does not grant you any rights to use Renegade Games branding, trademarks, or other intellectual property, except as expressly permitted by this agreement.
Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
Sneaky Snacks - Hidden Object Game, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and will remain the exclusive property of Renegade Games and its licensors. This EULA grants you a license to use Sneaky Snacks - Hidden Object Game and does not convey any ownership rights or any other interest in Sneaky Snacks - Hidden Object Game.
Restrictions
You may not: (a) copy, distribute, or publicly display Sneaky Snacks - Hidden Object Game except as expressly permitted by this EULA; (b) modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of Sneaky Snacks - Hidden Object Game; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of Sneaky Snacks - Hidden Object Game, except as permitted by law; (d) rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer Sneaky Snacks - Hidden Object Game to any third party; (e) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice included in Sneaky Snacks - Hidden Object Game.
User Content
If Sneaky Snacks - Hidden Object Game allows you to create, post, or share content, you grant Renegade Games a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit this content in connection with Sneaky Snacks - Hidden Object Game and Renegade Games' business.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Renegade Games if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Sneaky Snacks - Hidden Object Game and destroy all copies, full or partial, of Sneaky Snacks - Hidden Object Game.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SNEAKY SNACKS - HIDDEN OBJECT GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL RENEGADE GAMES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH SNEAKY SNACKS - HIDDEN OBJECT GAME OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN SNEAKY SNACKS - HIDDEN OBJECT GAME.
Limitation of Liability
RENEGADE GAMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE EULA OR YOUR USE OF SNEAKY SNACKS - HIDDEN OBJECT GAME.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Changes to This EULA
Renegade Games reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Your continued use of Sneaky Snacks - Hidden Object Game after any such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new EULA.
